some coastal Vicinal shots and then Brussels as we head to Belgium for our photo shots of today or was that yesterday as I sit up in the night once more as the searing pain in my left knee wakes me again for the rest of the night, yesterday I finally went to bed around 6am and slept until 10.30 through sheer exhaustion. I spoke to my sister Yvonne last night she has been through exactly the same problem over the past couple of months. The lack of any effective to relieve the pain is soul destroying, I didn't even bother with pain killers last night, none really do any good. Not sure what will happen Saturday morning, if I'm in any fir state we'll go straight to Harlow , we stay nearby ready for North Weald rally on Sunday. I got all the covers on the DVDs made up to Blackpool last weekend so no queues at present. I wouldn't want to do anything too technical as I'm only half awake and the pain is so bad, roll on Tuesday and the pain specialist.
