NOGGIN THE NOG BYE BYE

Southampton council banned a Lollipop man from putting tinsel around the pole of his Lollipop sign, Wimborne council have banned the local traditional musket squad fro firing over the tree as it would frighten children and in Llandovery the council has banned trees in public places as it was too dangerous to put ladders up to place decorations on them. Meanwhile over in France last week the local citizens borrowed council cheery pickers and lifts to place their communal decorations around the villages oblivious to their perils.
Voters in Sark go to the polls today to end centuries of feudal rule, there are almost as many candidates as there are occupants on this tiny fiefdom which manages without cars.
