today we visited the North East, Newcastle, Gateshead, South Shields and Sunderland. Newcastle was really interesting but we start in reverse order with scenes at Sunderland this afternoon. Rough doesn't describe this hole but the sun was shining and most of the idiots were on the beach or in the pubs so not too much hassle although I never feel comfortable there with my camera.

Any way another session in the garden when we got home, my torn back muscle now but a memory, thank goodness. Its hot here but the north east was sunny but only just into the 60sF.
