meanwhile I bring you another selection from Sunday's rally at North Weald, Essex under clear blue skies but with a sizzling wind to cool you down. Last night I woke at around 3 am which if you have been following the story is actually not bad. We were up early to get to the hospital at Cheadle, The Alexandra. I saw the pain specialist Kevin O'Sullivan, he quickly stated that my pains were not sciatic but probably originated from scar tissue from my last knee op in January. He said if it were his knee he wouldn't risk any more procedures with it. We've ended up buying a tens units which put electric pulses through the affected area. We also got some 'freezing' spray which really does take the pain way in the cold. I got the three extracts from lattest DVD on Youtube last night, this evening already working on North Weald.
