scenes from today's Potteries rally at the wedgwood centre at Barlaston in Staffs, we were blessed with sunshine almost to the end, I was almost sunburnt. In fact with the North Wales jaunt yesterday it's been sunshine all the way. Bus numbers were down, partly due to larger operators bringing less no doubt down to the rising fuel costs- visitor numbers also looked down a wee bit . We had a good mornings trading but it just went dead after lunch. I had a ride out on the Spectra belonging to Paul pearson, preserved since last October, rode very nicely, a few probs woth rear end bodywork to resolve, this adds to Paul's other 4 buses, phew.
Spent some time clearing the dead spring plants in the rockery and then after dinner carried on with Mandy's lessons on how to download from net , EBay and Amazon orders prior to my German trip, good job we travel by car.
