The pain is so bad today I was nearly marooned in the car when I tried to go out. I phoned the NHS help line who told me I could safely up the dosage of the pain killers by three times as they were having no effect. I'm just trying to get a few jobs done and then lay down, carrying on does not seem to be an option today.
